All On-site Job Description Bill rate to not to exceed
- remote role EST cost hours only.
- As a Data Analyst at Davol, Inc.
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources, including internal databases, external market research, and operational systems.
- Perform in-depth statistical analysis, data modeling, and data mining to uncover key business drivers and identify areas for optimization.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings and insights to stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R D, Marketing, Sales, and Operations, to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Identify data quality issues and work to implement solutions to ensure data integrity and reliability.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures.
- Support the evaluation of new technologies and methodologies for data analysis and reporting.
- Provide training and support to colleagues on data analysis tools and best practices. Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis techniques and data modeling principles.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is a plus.
