Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is hiring a Customer Quality Data Analyst to help support the team in North Charleston, South Carolina on 1st Shift. Position Responsibilities:
Leads Quality reviews of regulatory, program, and customer requirements ensuring early quality involvement in process and program developments Engage and lead stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience Leads stakeholders in analysis of process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of complex problems and development and implementation of preventive or corrective actions Maintains KPI dashboards and metrics files using Cognos and other data analytics tools Conducts research, compiles and analyzes performance reports and KPIs to continuously improve process capability Lead the identification and execution of improvement activities aimed at enhancing customer experience and increasing efficiency Leads multi-function, multi-site groups to develop company directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, customer, regulatory requirements, and working agreements are deployed Assists in the development of new standard processes and policies relating to customer experience and presentations Works under minimal direction This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite. Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5+ years of experience working Aerospace, Fabrication and/or Manufacturing 5+ years of experience in analyzing and presenting data 5+ years of experience working with manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly processes and procedures 5+ years of experience in SQL, Cognos, PowerBi, Tableau, or other visualization tools 5+ years of experience in advanced excel skills (Pivot tables, Charts, etc.) 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and VBA Macro Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 5+ years of experience in
