Job Description

Summary:
The SLG Reporting & Data Analyst provides comprehensive risk, KPI's, and operational/business reporting across the entire SLG. While the role reports to the Director of Consumer Credit Risk, its reporting responsibilities extend far beyond just credit risk, supporting a broad spectrum of operational and portfolio level insights. This position strengthens Credit Administration's oversight of the SLG loan portfolio by developing analytics, trend reporting, and performance intelligence. It partners closely with Accounting, MH Consumer & Commercial, Servicing, and Remarketing teams to monitor overall portfolio health and deliver critical reporting across the organization. Additionally, the role leads and supports key reporting, analytics, and data-driven projects that enhance portfolio visibility and decision-making throughout SLG.
Responsibilities:
Partner with the Accounting and SLG Leadership teams to develop, enhance, and maintain comprehensive portfolio reporting. Develop, maintain and enhance SLG Power BI dashboards and reporting tools. Develop monitoring reports and analytics to track consumer loan portfolio performance and identify emerging trends. Leverage and continuously improve SLG data-driven management reporting tools. Oversee consumer loan charge off analysis, including preparation of approval requests for the Director of Consumer Credit Risk, appropriate Officers, and corresponding monthly reporting. Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred. 3 years of banking experience with data management, reporting or credit performance preferred. Power
BI & SQL
experience a plus.
Skills/Abilities:
Basic understanding of accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills. Self-starter with proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives, and deliver results with minimal direction. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Collaborative team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
