Generate timely and accurate invoices for clients using Excel and/or specialized billing software. Research and resolve billing discrepancies. Communicate effectively with clients regarding invoices. Maintain and update invoicing databases and ensure all financial data are accurate and up to date. Perform data analysis to identify billing discrepancies and variances and resolve any issues promptly. Collaborate with other departments to ensure data is accurate. Create, maintain, and optimize financial spreadsheets and reports. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve billing processes and financial performance. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Run daily reports and generate/update dashboards as needed. Support other financial analysis and reporting tasks as needed. Assist in minor administrative duties including handling travel arrangements and expense reports, scheduling and coordinating meetings, maintaining contracts filing, and updating the phone directory. Organize office logistics such as restocking supplies, coordinating corporate events, and ensuring conference rooms are scheduled and prepared for meetings. Support office operations by facilitating corporate training quizzes, taking minutes during meetings, and keeping internal communication tools up-to-date. Qualifications Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Billing Analyst, or similar role, preferably in a finance or accounting environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., use of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF). Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing conditions. Ability to solve problems. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Engineering alternative. #Professional123
