Job Description

Under limited supervision, this role supports supply chain operations by managing metrics and reporting, maintaining databases, generating reports, and collaborating across teams, departments, and vendors. The position requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to ensure data accuracy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with supply chain teams to enhance warehouse replenishment and inventory management through data analysis and reporting. Perform detailed data comparisons using Excel and Access, applying advanced functions such as
VLOOKUP, IF
statements, CONCATENATE, pivot tables, and tools like Ablebits. Conduct data mining and audits to identify exceptions, improving the accuracy and integrity of inventory management databases. Create, maintain, and distribute scheduled reports for Orgill management and vendor partners. Support ongoing process improvements through detailed analysis and proactive identification of data quality enhancements. Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficient in working with relational databases and understanding their interaction with enterprise systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend actionable solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information clearly. Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred Advanced proficiency in Excel, Access, and Google Sheets. Ability to travel occasionally, including attendance at Orgill Dealer Markets and periodic training events as needed. Regular on-site, in-person attendance is required.
