The Opportunity The Data & Analytics Rotational Development Program within our Auto Finance business is crafted for highly motivated college graduates with a desire to further their career in the field of Analytics and Data. The two-year program will provide an applied training experience where you will gain insight into the Ally brand, consumers and support analytics capabilities and emerging technologies. The program provides an accelerated career path focused on ensuring you have the knowledge and skills to be successful. The Work Itself This two-year program provides participants three, 8-month rotations in the Data Analytics & Data Science space. Within the rotations, the participant will have the opportunity to demonstrate their analytical, leadership, project management, problem solving, innovation, and communications skills. The program provides an immersive experience, development opportunities, and peer mentor provides an opportunity to learn and apply skills while creating a solid foundation to start your career. This is an outstanding opportunity for the participants to gain a diversity of business experience in a short period of time and launch their careers at Ally. The Skills You Bring Willingness to relocate to Detroit, MI or Lewisville, TX. Graduating with a Bachelor's degree between July 2025 and June 2026. Preferred majors include Informational Sciences, Data Science, Business Analytics, and Statistics. Students who go straight from a Bachelors to Masters Degree in this area may also be considered. Proven work experience or internship in financial services, preferred. High-level of emotional intelligence, adaptability, influencing skills and eagerness to learn about Ally's business. A consistent track record of success demonstrated through the articulation of quantitative and qualitative results. Strong candidates will possess/display excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Technical skills in Python, SQL, Power BI preferred.
Base Pay Rate:
$80,000 USD We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer. •
