What to Expect We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Data Analyst / Estimator with a proven track record in estimating across multiple construction disciplines. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, advanced proficiency in estimating software, and the ability to manage complex projects from bid to closeout. You will play a key role in determining project feasibility, preparing accurate cost estimates, and supporting the bid process with precision and strategic insight. What You'll Do
Develop accurate, detailed cost estimates for multi-discipline construction projects (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, architectural, and finish work)
Analyze blueprints, specifications, schedules, and project scopes to identify all scope elements and potential risks
Perform takeoffs (manual and digital) using software such as Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, CostX, or Sage Timberline
Research material costs, labor rates, equipment needs, and subcontractor pricing across multiple trades
Prepare bid packages, including bid summaries, contingency analysis, and risk assessments
Maintain and update historical estimating databases and cost templates for future projects
Provide input on project feasibility, pricing strategies, and subcontractor selection What You'll Bring
5+ years of progressive experience in construction estimating, preferably in general contracting or construction management
Proven ability to estimate across multiple disciplines (civil, structural, MEP, architectural, finishes)
Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Procore, CostX, Bluebeam, Sage Timberline, PlanGrid, or similar)
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, sequencing, and safety standards
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience Compensation and Benefits
