Data Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Data Analyst I in Austin, TX. We are looking for someone passionate about food, whole foods market, and looking to join full time.

Responsibilities:

• Processes, reporting, organization that needs to be happening within 6 - 9 months to get the team fully onboarded on processes
• Manage data work (pulling reporting, analysis, assisting with vendor meetings)

REQUIREMENTS

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field; A graduate degree (MBA or equivalent) and 0-3 years of capacity experience
• Strong business acumen (data analysis)
• Presentation skills (basic presentation work, not needed to be presenter but be able to build work, decks, and story line)
• Good financial acumen
• Strong analytic skills and a demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem solving
• Direct experience in operations or capacity planning a plus
• Fluency in standard software including MS Excel; Knowledge of SQL is a strong plus
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
• Successful characteristics for the position are the ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work independently, adjust priorities, and work in a continuously changing environment The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.

We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
