Data Analyst III (Maintenance Data/KPI & Administrative Support)Location:
Beaumont TX (Refinery) About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst & Administrative Support Specialist to join the Central Services- Mechanical Effectiveness team.
MAIN FUNCTIONS
Responsible for importing, cleansing, validating, and analyzing data with the purpose of understanding trends and drawing conclusions. May consolidate and present data in charts, graphs, and tables, with a strong focus on improving data quality and consistency across systems and reports. Requires minimal direction and demonstrates high-level technical skill in data analysis, KPI reporting, and CMMS data management. This role aligns with the responsibilities of an experienced professional Data Analyst ideally with advanced competency or professional certification. Key Responsibilities Data & Analytics Import, cleanse, validate, and analyze maintenance and reliability data from SAP, EMS, and other systems. Maintain KPI definitions and ensure high-quality, consistent data across the Beaumont Complex. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards forMTBF, MTTR
(median & P80), WCP productivity, backlog health, and maintenance cost competitiveness. Perform trend analysis, identify bad actors using Pareto/RCM insights, and recommend improvement actions. Prepare weekly/monthly KPI reporting packs for leadership. Facilitate weekly reliability meetings and monthly performance reviews. Provide analytical support aligned with GO & ES, Work List Principles, andR&M RM.0012
standards. Administrative & Team Support Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for Mechanical Effectiveness team activities. Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, action trackers, and distribution lists. Support travel arrangements, expense reporting, and procurement requests. Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for compliance and documentation control. Support new hire onboarding and training coordination. Serve as a primary point of contact for internal communications, document routing, and team coordination tasks.Qualifications:
Required Associates or Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Engineering Technology, or related field. 3-5 years of experience working with maintenance/reliability or CMMS data (SAP PM, Maximo, Snowflake preferred). Experience providing administrative/office support in a technical, maintenance, or industrial environment. Proficiency with Power BI, DAX, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience within maintenance, reliability engineering, or industrial operations. Familiarity with KPI programs, Work List processes, and maintenance planning principles.Education:
Associates or Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Engineering Technology, or related field.Work Schedule:
