What You Will Be Doing The Metric & Data Analyst serves as the organization's data translator, turning raw, often‑disparate data sets into intuitive, interactive visualizations that drive decision‑making. - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. Experience designing, building, and maintaining end‑to‑end Tableau solutions Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query, Power Pivot) and familiarity with advanced functions or VBA. Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of presenting complex findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Ability to create clear, concise reports, dashboards, and visual stories that drive decision‑making. Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams (finance, marketing, operations, product, etc.) to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Ability to work a flexible schedule.Desired Skills:
Relevant certifications (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist, Microsoft Power BI, Google Data Analytics, SAS Base, or Certified Analytics Professional) are a plus. 1-3 years of professional experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related role (internships or academic projects count). Self‑starter with strong time‑management and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn new technologies and methods. Prior Mechanical or Electrical quality engineering experience developing and reviewing quality standards, methods, work instructions and procedures for the inspection of manufactured and procured products. Able to interpret drawings and specifications to develop and apply quality test, inspection methods and work instructions. Demonstrated ability to use causal analysis tools. Experience in disposition of non-conforming products.Security Clearance Statement:
