Responsibilities Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support business operations by collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data to help drive informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for business leaders Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvements Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports to support company performance tracking Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems Collaborate with departments including Operations, Finance, HR, Sales, and Management to support data-driven decisions Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and performance metric analysis Create and maintain documentation for reporting processes and data procedures Support database management and data cleanup initiatives Present analytical findings and recommendations in a clear and professional manner Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field preferred 2+ years of experience in data analysis or related role preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis tools Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Experience working in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or multi-site environments Familiarity with ERP systems and operational reporting Understanding of KPIs, performance metrics, and business intelligence reporting Work Environment Office-based position with prolonged periods of computer work May require occasional interaction with warehouse or operational teams Ability to sit, stand, and use office equipment for extended periods
