Job Description

The Data Analytics Engineer role is to, code, test, document and maintain the Cloud Data Warehouse, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence applications that meet the needs of the business. Required to gathering reporting requirements and build Cloud Data Warehouse application(s) as per requirements and enterprise standards. Responsibilities + Support and maintain day to day operations of the CDW, to include scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting transformation, and modeling of data into CDW utilizing established toolsets. + Maintain reporting solutions using Tableau, PowerBI or other reporting tools. + Troubleshoot data issues within CDW and work with extraction team for source system issues. + Maintenance and/or migration of legacy SAP BW objects to include DSO, info object, info sources, etc. as well as corresponding BobJ reports. + Perform statistical analysis, fine-tuning, and train systems using test results. + Effective analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail develop project plans, assess risks, estimate timelines, track progress, and build test plans.

Basic Qualifications and Attributes + Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred. + 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training preferred. + Must have the ability to work well as a part of a team and supply technology in practical, effective, and efficient ways. + Must have effective communication skills that achieve positive interaction with business personnel, technical team members, and managers and that lead to successful completion of tasks. + Must have writing skills that thoroughly and properly document analysis such as each phase of a project lifecycle, business reporting needs and current state data diagrams. + Must have an awareness of project management principles.
