Job Description

Our Client, a multinational telecommunications technology company has an urgent and immediate need for A Data Analyst to work onsite 3 days per week in their Plano, TX office. You will work under the guidance of a Manager / Program Lead to support a small agile team building agentic automation, self-service capabilities, and autonomous ticket resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Agile & Delivery Support:
  • Support Scrum Master / Manager in running agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
  • Track delivery progress, risks, and dependencies across a small team.
  • Help maintain backlog hygiene and ensure work is clearly defined and prioritized.
  • Prepare status updates and weekly tracking reports for leadership Data Analysis & KPI Tracking (Core Focus):
  • Assist in defining and tracking KPIs for platform performance, such as: o Ticket deflection / autonomous resolution o Self-service adoption and completion rates o Time-to-resolution improvements o Cost savings and operational efficiency
  • Collect and analyze data from ticketing systems and platform telemetry.
  • Build simple dashboards and reports (Excel / Power BI) showing trends and impact.
  • Help establish baseline vs.
post-release comparisons to demonstrate value. GenAI /
Agentic Platform Understanding:
  • Develop working knowledge of: o GenAI capabilities and limitations o Agentic workflows (automation, orchestration, human-in-the-loop)
  • Support definition of business requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for new features.
  • Partner with engineering and operations teams to understand how features impact real workflows.
Executive Reporting & Storytelling:
  • Create concise executive-ready outputs: o Weekly summaries o Feature impact briefs o Monthly value reports
  • Translate technical work into: o What changed
  • o Why it matters
  • o What value it delivered
  • Support preparation of leadership presentations and demos.
Continuous Improvement & Operations Insights:
  • Identify improvement opportunities in: o Support workflows o Self-service usability o Automation gaps

Elite Technical Required Skills Required Skills:
  • MBA (or equivalent) with focus on Analytics, Operations, Technology, or
AI OR 2-4
years of experience in: o Consulting / Business Analytics / Operations / Product Ops
  • Strong analytical mindset (Excel required; Power BI/Tableau preferred)
  • Hands on experience using Agentic tools in day to day work
  • Strong communication skills-able to simplify and structure information
  • Interest in GenAI, automation, and digital transformation
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
