Job Description

Experienced Data Center/Hardware Technician skilled in server decommissioning, break-fix support, and NVMe/SSD installations across enterprise environments. Hands-on expertise in diagnosing and replacing server hardware components including HDDs, DIMMs, PSUs, NICs, and cables, while maintaining accurate ticketing, asset tracking, and RMA processes. Proficient in RDU configuration, troubleshooting, and POD/MBU builds including rack installations, switch deployments, and cabinet setup following customer specifications.
