We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you won't just crunch numbers—you will be a strategic partner, transforming complex datasets into clear insights that drive daily business operations and long-term growth. This position is ideal for a professional eager to own data workflows, build scalable reporting models, and collaborate directly with cross-functional leadership. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting:
Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
Dashboard Development:
Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and data visualizations (using tools like Power BI or Tableau) to track key business metrics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with different departments—including sales, marketing, and operations—to align data insights with daily operations and growth strategies.
Predictive Modeling:
Assist in building forecasting models and performing predictive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Data Integrity & Governance:
Audit data entry processes and system integrations to ensure the highest standards of data accuracy and reporting consistency.
Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on professional experience).
Technical Proficiency:
Strong command of SQL for querying and data manipulation. Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data analysis is highly preferred.
Visualization Tools:
Proven experience creating impactful reports and dashboards in Tableau , Power BI , or Google Looker Studio.
Excel Mastery:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data modeling).
