Core Analytical Instruction & Content Development

• Develops analytical content focused on critical thinking, data literacy, problem‑solving, and quantitative reasoning
• Teaches learners how to access and interpret data, identify trends, and apply analytical methods to enterprise datasets
• Creates and maintains educational content to reflect new data products, techniques, and industry best practices Data Experience and Intelligence
• Evaluates and proposes solutions to solve analytical challenges for data driven business processes
• May serve as data SME in specific subject area(s); continuously evaluates on-going analytical methodologies, data technologies, and business intelligence trends
• Tests new analytical platforms and features and incorporates them into educational outputs where applicable Training & Facilitation
• Conducts in‑person and/or virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars
• Provides coaching and workshop sessions to users and guides learners through hands-on instruction of analytical tools
• Acts as a consultant to stakeholders to help guide delivery of analytical solutions via data exploration and report and visualization development Program Management
• Coordinates training schedules, resources, and learning sessions while collaborating with other business units to align instructional goals
• Provides ongoing support for products built by the vertical scrum teams and across developmental verticals
• Collaborates with developmental product teams to ensure smooth delivery of analytical assets What is your background?
• A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
• 2+ years of experience in business intelligence report development
