Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst Lead with 8+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Tableau, SQL, and Snowflake , along with excellent communication skills to collaborate with business leaders, clients, and technical teams.
Required Skills:
8+ years of experience in Data Analysis and Business Intelligence Strong hands-on experience with Tableau dashboard development and reporting Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, analysis, and optimization Experience working with Snowflake Data Warehouse Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions Experience creating executive-level reports, dashboards, and KPIs Strong data validation, data quality, and troubleshooting skills Experience working with cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, Product, and Business teams Excellent presentation and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
Lead data analytics and reporting initiatives across multiple business functions Work directly with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports Perform complex data analysis using SQL and Snowflake Present insights, trends, and recommendations to leadership teams Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance standards Drive business decisions through actionable data insights Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance Collaborate with offshore and onsite teams to deliver reporting solutions
