Job Description:
Immediate Hiring | VMS Data Conversion & Validation Analyst | Spring, TX (Onsite) | ! We are seeking a detail-oriented VMS Data Conversion & Validation Analyst to support a large-scale Source-to-Pay (S2P) transformation initiative. This role will be responsible for data design, mapping, conversion validation, cleansing activities, and training documentation development related to the implementation of a Vendor Management System (VMS) supporting contingent workforce and services procurement processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis and migration experience, an understanding of contingent labor or workforce management processes, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, and third-party implementation partners to ensure successful data conversion and adoption of the future-state solution.

Responsibilities:
Data Design & Mapping Identify critical contingent workforce and services procurement data elements required to support future-state business processes. Partner with business SMEs, Data Stewards, and third-party implementation teams to define data requirements and transformation logic. Develop and validate source-to-target mapping documentation. Define and validate data conversion rules, including: Direct field mappings Default values Constructed values Conditional business rules Cross-reference value mappings Data Conversion, Cleansing & Validation Analyze legacy data and identify data quality issues and cleansing opportunities. Review large datasets to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency. Validate transformed data against business requirements and future-state system design. Perform reconciliation, integrity checks, and defect analysis during migration activities. Investigate and resolve data discrepancies with business stakeholders and implementation partners. Identify missing, incomplete, or inaccurate data and coordinate remediation efforts. Training & Documentation Develop Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) and user training materials for various business roles. Leverage existing training content and templates to create role-based documentation. Review business process documentation and workflows to support training development. Collaborate with SMEs to validate training content and process guidance. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with contingent labor, services procurement, and workforce management stakeholders. Coordinate with business teams, implementation partners, and project teams throughout the migration lifecycle. Support testing, validation, and deployment activities as required.
Qualifications:
Experience supporting Vendor Management Systems (VMS), contingent workforce platforms, procurement systems, or workforce management applications. Strong experience with data mapping, data migration, data conversion, and data validation activities. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting. Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and analyze large datasets. Experience performing data integrity checks and resolving data quality issues. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholder groups. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience creating process documentation, user guides, training materials, or Quick Reference Guides (QRGs). Understanding of contingent labor, workforce procurement, supplier management, or services procurement processes is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS). Experience supporting Source-to-Pay (S2P), procurement, or workforce transformation initiatives. Knowledge of contingent workforce management and supplier onboarding processes. Prior involvement in enterprise data migration or system implementation projects.
