We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to help drive strategic decision-making across the organization. Key responsibilities include analyzing complex data sets to identify meaningful trends, patterns, and correlations that can support business objectives. The candidate will develop interactive dashboards, data visualizations, and comprehensive reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to present insights in a clear and actionable format. You will work with multiple data sources, including structured and unstructured data, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and operations will be essential to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions. The role also involves interpreting data findings and providing actionable recommendations to improve performance, optimize processes, and support business growth. A strong focus on problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail is essential for success in this position.
Requirements:
Minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis or a similar role Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Tableau Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to handle large datasets and perform data cleaning and validation Good communication skills to present data insights effectively to stakeholders Familiarity with databases and basic SQL knowledge is an added advantage Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in related field with experience is required
