Required Skills:
SQL, Power BI (Designing new reports), Snowflake is nice to have, Experience measuring digital experiences (they do a lot of analytics on netbenefits). Analyzing what users are clicking on. Need experience with A/B testing, healthcare domain experience. Bachelor's degree in a related field 7+ years of experience in a Data and Analytics role with collaboration across IT and business functions Strong proficiency in SQL and Power BI, with experience designing new reports Expertise in web interaction data analysis and relational databases Deep knowledge of A/B/N testing, Design of Experiments, and measurement techniques Hands-on experience with tools such as Snowflake, Oracle, Alteryx, and Adobe Analytics is a plus Ability to conduct detailed data dives to test hypotheses and identify success metrics Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills Healthcare domain experience is highly preferred Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience with AI/ML and predictive modeling Familiarity with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehousing solutions Cross-channel and cross-functional collaboration experience Knowledge of web analytics and user clickstream analysis
