Data Analyst (W2 Only)

Role Overview Client is seeking a Senior Manager - Data Analytics & Insights to support personalization measurement initiatives within the Healthcare domain. This role focuses on A/B testing, digital analytics, experimentation, and data-driven insights to improve customer experiences across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Design and analyze A/B/N testing experiments Measure digital customer experiences and user behavior Perform deep-dive analytics and provide actionable insights Partner with Data Science, Marketing, Product, and IT teams Support personalization and AI/ML-driven initiatives Build dashboards and reports for business stakeholders Required Skills 7+ years of experience in Data Analytics Strong SQL and Power BI experience Experience with digital analytics and clickstream/user interaction data Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation Knowledge of tools like Snowflake, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Oracle, or Alteryx Strong understanding of analytics, reporting, and measurement frameworks Healthcare domain experience required Excellent communication and presentation skills Nice to Have Snowflake experience AI/ML exposure Predictive analytics knowledge
