Data Analyst DJS Financial Services LLC Arlington, VA Job Details 15 hours ago Qualifications Bachelor's degree Financial data analysis tools Data analysis software Full Job Description The Data Analyst supports data-driven decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets within a government contracting environment. This role is responsible for transforming data into meaningful insights, developing reports and visualizations, and supporting financial and operational functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of presenting data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and patterns Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decisions Translate analytical findings into actionable insights and recommendations Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance Support financial and operational reporting requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define data requirements Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools Assist in developing automated reporting processes and data models Prepare and present reports to leadership and stakeholders Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable government regulations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Business, or related field 0-2 years of experience in data analysis or a related role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis tools) Strong written and verbal communication skills Additional Requirements Must be a U.S. Citizen Ability to pass a pre-employment background and credit check Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statement DJS Financial Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
