Description The Data Analyst II is a financial and reporting analyst position that is responsible for supporting the Finance team's data and processing systems and supports the analysis and presentation of financial information at the organizational, product, and client level. Additionally, the Data Analyst II fulfills ad-hoc requests for information, reporting and analysis. This position will be responsible for subject matter expertise with the company's data and works under limited supervision in compliance with established policies, procedures and regulations. Position Accountabilities Act as the liaison to the enterprise data warehouse program, driving digital needs and requirements for data capture and reporting Design, build and deploy integrated BI dashboard solutions that will be used firm-wide Design, build and maintain the views, rules, and adapters in OneStream to support various reporting functionality Create reports, extracts, etc. based on business user specifications Create ad hoc data warehouse queries Create and support production ETL processes Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of internal systems Develop data feeds required for transfer to internal systems Monitor the successful execution of these transfers Develop database diagrams Organizational Relationship This position reports to the assigned functional leader. Position Qualifications Education & Experience Undergraduate degree required
Degree in the field of business administration, finance, or information systems preferred
5 years of experience working with Microsoft Office suite with an emphasis on Excel formulas required
5 years of experience working with SQL and writing SQL queries required
Experience working with SSIS, SSMS, SSRS, or SAS preferred
Work experience in a financial institution or related field preferred Knowledge & Skills Advanced PC skills including MS Office and database applications
Very strong Excel skills
Strong understanding of Relational Database concepts
Strong understanding of SQL queries
Excellent analytical, mathematical, evaluative and problem-solving skills
Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Highly self-motivated and directed
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under high pressure and deadlines
Understanding of basic financial statements
In-depth knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws
Strong customer service orientation
Understanding of basic Accounting principles and procedures
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Salary offered will be based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. This position is also eligible to participate in either an applicable incentive compensation plan for the position or a discretionary profit sharing bonus program.
