Stakeholder Partnership
Serve as a senior analytics partner to clients and account teams, managing key relationships and expectations
Advise clients on analytics strategies, including how to prioritize requests and align them with platform capabilities and long-term value
Determine appropriate responses to client requests that may be out of scope, misaligned with best practices, or not in the client's best interest
Provide clear verbal and written updates to management and stakeholders on progress, risks, and outcomes BI Platform &
Product Leadership
Support BI platform initiatives to enhance the delivery of insights across all clients
Liaise with BI platform and solutions teams to ensure dashboard design, prototyping, and development meet business and product requirements
Partner with development teams to expand analytics offerings through dashboard proofs of concept, tabular model measure development, and product feature enhancements
Support the evolution of a governed, scalable BI ecosystem, including certified reporting and self-service analytics Analytics Strategy &
Roadmap Ownership
Develop and maintain analytics roadmap with client and account team, including scope, schedule, and investment planning
Balance immediate client reporting needs with long-term platform strategy and scalability
Proactively analyzing client portfolios to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for deeper analytical insight Data &
Technical Oversight
Assist with data assessment and data mapping exercises to support system integration and analytics initiatives
Manage intake and backlog processes, data dictionaries, report inventories, and development workflows for both client-specific and platform-level dashboards
Partner with client technology teams to understand technical requirements and ensure alignment with enterprise data platforms (including Databricks)
Drive continuous improvement in data automation, standardization, and quality Advanced Analytics &
Optimization
Utilize advanced analytics tools to transform data, automate workflows, and develop analytical solutions
Provide oversight on Power BI model design, performance optimization, and metric standardization
Ensure technical and process documentation is maintained across analytics initiatives
Leverage emerging AI tools like Databricks to bring cutting edge analytical delivery to the BI platform and clients Knowledge, Skills & Experience Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field Required Experience
Experience working on an analytics, BI, or data team
Strong client and stakeholder management experience
Hands-on experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms
Experience with data mapping, data modeling, and analytics solution design Preferred / Nice-to-Have Experience
Strong experience with Power BI (including data modeling and semantic layer design)
Proficiency with SQL for data analysis and validation
Experience with ETL / data preparation tools such as Alteryx
Experience working with Databricks or modern data platforms
Experience contributing to a BI product team or analytics platform initiative
Exposure to commercial real estate or portfolio-level data Additional Requirements & Competencies
