PRIMARY PURPOSE
- : The Senior Data Analyst is a key individual contributor responsible for delivering advanced analytics, reporting, and insights that support business and operational decision‑making.

ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONS andRESPONSIBILITIES
- + Design, develop, and optimize analytical datasets and data models in
- Snowflake
- to support robust reporting and advanced analysis. + Write complex and efficient
- SQL•queries and leverage •Python•for data transformation, automation, validation, and advanced analytics.
- Power BI
- , ensuring clarity, performance, and business relevance. + Use
- Hex•to perform exploratory analysis, develop reproducible analytics workflows, and collaborate with other analysts and business stakeholders.
ADDITIONAL
FUNCTIONS andRESPONSIBILITIES
- + Performs other duties as assigned. + Supports the organization's quality program(s). + Travels as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong hands‑on expertise with: +
- Snowflake
- (data modeling, performance tuning, analytics use cases) +
- SQL•(advanced querying and transformations) + •Python•(data analysis and automation) + •Power BI•(semantic models, dashboards, and reporting) + •Hex•or similar modern analytics platforms + Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets in a cloud‑based analytics environment.
- Ed•ucation & Licensing•+ Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience
- + Insurance experience a plus + 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related discipline, with progressively increasing responsibility.
- Skills & Knowledge
- + Thorough knowledge of query and report writing + Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills + PC literate, including Microsoft Office products + Analytical and interpretive skills + Strong organizational skills + Excellent interpersonal skills + Ability to work in a team environment + Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
