This role supports organizational decision-making by analyzing business requirements and translating them into data requirements such as reports and visualizations. It involves analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends and inform business strategies. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to define data elements, capture metadata, and prepare data for analysis. Success is measured by the accuracy and relevance of data insights and the timely delivery of data products. The work impacts the organization by enabling data-driven decisions and improving data quality management processes.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business subject matter experts and data professionals to define critical data elements and prepare data for analysis Perform data profiling and monitor data quality by working with data stewards and quality leads to support remediation efforts Partner with product owners and agile teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of data-related projects Interpret data models and convert user requirements into technical specifications and design documents Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as neededEducation and Work Experience :
Bachelor's Degree OR graduate degree. Must graduate between December 2026 or June 2027 to be eligible. 2-4 years Experience in data identification, querying, cleaning, wrangling, checking quality, working with common relational and non-relational databases in big data environments on both on- prem and cloud such as Azure, AWS and Google Cloud.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Technology Knowledge of relational databases and data architecture computer systems, including not limited to SQL (Required) Technology Experience working with relational databases using SQL (Required) Technology Experience with Data querying, cleaning, wrangling, working with common relational and non-relational databases in big data environments such as Azure, AWS and Google Cloud. (Required) Technology Experience articulating and translating business questions and using statistical techniques to arrive at an answer using data (Required) Technology Data Visualization skills using tools such as PowerBI, Tableau etc (Required) Communication Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills (Required) Agile Familiarity with Agile Methodology (Required) Problem Solving Strong analytical, critical-thinking skills with demonstrated ability analyze/synthesize data and generate insights. (Required)- At least 18 years of age

- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be actively enrolled in a degree program or graduated within the last year
- Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for internships Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position.
