Job Description

Data Labeling Analyst | W2 Full-Time | Onsite USA Build the voice datasets that power real-world AI. Your precision and consistency make AI systems smarter. Welo Data is hiring Data Labeling Analysts to support speech and voice AI projects. This is a high-impact production role where your attention to detail and language skills directly fuel AI training pipelines.

Pay:
$26 - $28/hour 100% Onsite — NYC, Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, San Francisco, Sunnyvale, Burlingame, Austin, Los Angeles, Washington DC, Chicago, Boston Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship) What You'll Do Label, transcribe, and tag audio and speech data with accuracy and consistency Follow detailed guidelines to maintain data integrity at scale Flag ambiguous cases and contribute to team quality calibrations Adapt to evolving workflows as project requirements shift What You Need Native-level fluency in Arabic— essential 1 year of experience in data labeling, annotation, or content review OR a Bachelor's degree in a related field High attention to detail with the ability to stay consistent across repetitive tasks Strong written communication and ability to follow structured guidelines Must be located in or able to commute to one of the listed cities Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) + HSA Paid Vacation, Sick Leave & Company Holidays Onsite perks (free meals, snacks, commuter benefits — location dependent) Why Welo Data?
