Position Highlights Full-time | 80 hours per pay period Day shift | Full benefits package On-site role (collaborate closely with a dynamic, cross-functional team) What You'll Do As a Data Solutions Analyst, you'll turn complex data into actionable insights that drive decision-making across the organization: Act as a key liaison between IT and clinical, financial, and operational teams—translating business needs into effective data solutions Design and develop interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Build KPI-driven reporting that supports leadership and board-level decisions Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including data architecture and system design Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with standards such as HIPAA and HITECH Support data governance initiatives, including metadata management and data dictionaries Collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize systems and improve performance What You Bring Associate's degree in Information Services (or related field), OR 5+ years of relevant experience Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field preferred Strong analytical thinking, organization, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Sound judgment and a proactive, problem-solving mindset Why Black River Health?
