Job Description

Overview Feed My People Food Bank is seeking a Fundraising Data Analyst to serve as key support of its development team through the organization's donor database and CRM platform. This position is responsible for learning and maximizing CRM system capabilities, ensuring data integrity, supporting fundraising and marketing initiatives, developing reports, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, analytical, collaborative, and committed to maintaining accurate and confidential donor information. Responsibilities Learn and utilize CRM features, workflows, and reporting capabilities Build reports, dashboards, and queries as requested Assist the Development and MarComms team by providing data support for mailings, appeals, campaigns and events Assist in routine audits and clean-up of databases Provide back up for Donor Records Specialist at the direction of the Development Director Identify trends and patterns in donor data to optimize fundraising efforts Collect and analyze data related to fundraising campaigns and donor behaviors Participate in regular team meetings to discuss findings and strategy adjustments Help improve CRM processes and data quality Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all donor data management Other duties as assigned Quaslifications Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Experience working with donor databases and CRM systems Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, or fundraising analytics beneficial Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Collaborative, proactive, and team-oriented work style
Pay:
$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
