JOB SCOPE
Our 3-month, paid AI Internship Program offers college students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the technology operations of a leading global technology company. Students participating in the program will build upon their current skillsets while working in a collaborative environment focused on business process improvement, data, automation, and practical uses of artificial intelligence. The AI Intern will work with the OE&C team to explore, document, and support the use of AI tools across the business. This role will help evaluate opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, assist with research and testing, support documentation efforts, and contribute to projects involving business applications, reporting, automation, and internal support processes. This is a flexible full-time, remote Intern role, with accommodations for school schedules.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the OE&C team with research, testing, and documentation of AI tools and potential business use cases. Work with team members to identify repetitive business processes that may benefit from automation or AI-assisted workflows. Help develop, test, and refine AI prompts for internal business scenarios. Assist with documenting AI guidelines, training materials, and examples for internal users. Support basic data review and analysis activities related to business applications, reporting, and operational processes. Assist with testing internal applications, dashboards, and automation workflows. Participate in discussions with OE&C team members and business users to understand current processes and improvement opportunities. Help organize project notes, requirements, test results, and user feedback. Assist with creating presentations, summaries, or process documentation for OE&C and business leadership. Learn how technology supports organizational operations, reporting, and corporate business functions. Assist OE&C team members with various projects as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Current enrollment in a four-year degree or graduate program. Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related majors preferred. Successful completion of college freshman or sophomore study semesters preferred. Interest in artificial intelligence, automation, data, software, or business technology. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to research unfamiliar topics, summarize findings, and communicate clearly. Effective time management and ability to work as part of a team are essential. Ability to handle confidential business information with professionalism and discretion.
TECHNOLOGY SKILLS
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience or interest in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms is preferred. Basic familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools, programming, scripting, or automation concepts is a plus. Ability to learn new software systems and technology tools quickly. #LI-HYBRID
