Modeling & Simulation Engineer - Secret Clearance

Job Description An employer is looking for a Senior Modeling & Simulation Engineer in the Huntsville, AL area. This resource will work onsite in a closed-area environment to develop, prototype, and evaluate complex algorithms supporting planning, scheduling, and analysis efforts for a technical team. Use MATLAB and Python to model, analyze, and refine algorithms, rapidly learning new mission concepts and technical domains as needed. Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to estimate, plan, and present algorithm performance and results, delivering clear technical briefings and documentation. Support ongoing improvements to planning and scheduling approaches, with potential involvement in sensor, communication, missile, or battle management modeling depending on program needs.
