What We're Looking For - Across All Levels Fluency in Arabic and English Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship) Based in or able to commute to Menlo Park area Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills Interest or experience in AI, data quality, or language evaluation Experience Levels & Pay Data Labeling Associate — $34/hr 1-2 years of professional writing or AI evaluation experience Data Quality Analyst — $38/hr 2-4 years in QA, annotation, or AI/ML workflows + experience auditing others' work
