Position:
Contract Must Have Skills:
8 years experience in all of the following tools areas Data bricks dbt Dagster Elementary Data Modelling Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience in data engineering and data modeling for data warehouses and data lakes Knowledge experience in Banking and or Financial services domain Experience in querying and profiling data sources Experience using any data modeling tool Strong documentation and communication skills
Required:
Strong Data modeling Conceptual Logical Physical 3nF Dimensional at both a project and enterprise level Dimensional Modeling with experience in crafting conformed dimensions that can be used across Business Units Data Modeling Tool such as Power designer Oracle Designer or Erwin Experience working with Data Engineering and Data Analytics teams Understanding of principles and standard methodologies around Data Architecture Ability to write SQL to query data ideally
ANSI SQL
Solid grasp of Database technologies techniques and trends Experience with Snowflake experience a plus Experience with data governance and metadata management tools and standard methodologies a plus Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to explain Data structures to a nontechnical audience Results oriented with proven ability to work independently Good interpersonal negotiating and influencing skills
