Support complex business and operational scenarios by building and optimizing data workflows, analytics pipelines, and operational monitoring systems to improve efficiency and scalability; Explore and implement Agent-based AI workflows, prompt engineering strategies, and LLM-powered analytics solutions to support intelligent business operations and data-driven decision-making; Participate in end-to-end AI operational projects, including data collection, annotation workflow optimization, model evaluation, experimentation, and deployment support; Analyze operational and quality metrics to identify trends, root causes, and optimization opportunities across AI/data pipelines; Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Scientists, Product Managers, Engineering, Operations, and global stakeholders in a highly collaborative English-speaking environment. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related quantitative fields; Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R for data analysis, automation, or modeling; Familiarity with Excel, data analytics workflows, and large-scale data processing tools such as Hive or Spark; Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional environments. Preferred Qualifications:
Prior internship or project experience in data science, analytics, AI operations, business intelligence, or technical program/project management; Familiarity with machine learning concepts, LLMs, prompt engineering, Agent workflows, or AI evaluation methodologies; Experience with experimentation, operational analytics, quality measurement, or annotation/labeling workflows is a plus; Comfortable working in a cross-functional and multicultural global environment; Available to work at least 4 days per week for 3+ months.
