CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

4.1. The selected Contractor must possess the following qualifications and experience: 4.1.1. A minimum of 8 years of experience with the Departments ATACS system, other tobacco prevention reporting/information systems, or other community activity tracking systems. 4.2. Contractor staff assigned to this agreement must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: 4.2.1. .

NET RELATED EXPERIENCE 4.2.1.1. A

minimum of 5 years of experience with the following technologies and products: object-oriented and object-relational design and development, web technologies, XML, HTML, MS SQL, Microsoft .Net. 4.2.1.2. A minimum of 5 years of experience with MS versioning tool. 4.2.1.3. A minimum of 5 years of experience with creating and maintaining technical documentation for all development tasks. 4.2.1.4. A minimum of 3 years of experience in creating and managing crystal reports. 4.2.2.

MS SQL RELATED EXPERIENCE 4.2.2.1. A

minimum of 5 years of experience with MS SQL products inclusive of

MS SQL. 4.2.2.2. A

minimum of 5 years of experience as an MS SQL data modeler inclusive of data design/modeling, monitoring, and performance tuning. 4.2.2.3. A minimum of 5 years of experience with SQL programming inclusive of stored procedures, functions, triggers etc. 4.2.2.4. A minimum of 5 years of experience with SQL relational databases, OLTP and DSS, serving in high performance, service-oriented, multi-tiered environments. 4.2.2.5. A minimum of 5 years of experience with database design tools

CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES

5.1.

SERVICE TASKS

Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified: 5.1.1. Provide and maintain a staff member as follows: 5.1.1.1. Upon Purchase Order issuance, provide a staff member to provide Applications Development Analyst (B. Intermediate) services. 5.1.1.2. In the event of a vacancy, notify the Department Contract Manager if there is a vacancy within one business day of the date of the vacancy. 5.1.1.3. Provide a new staff member to provide Applications Development Analyst (B. Intermediate) services within two weeks of the date of the vacancy. 5.1.2. As directed by the Department, modify, develop, design, and maintain .NET applications daily. 5.1.3. As directed by the Department, design and modify model objects (such as tables, views indexes) daily. 5.1.4. As directed by the Department, develop ad-hoc queries on MS SQL databases daily. 5.1.5. As directed by the Department, provide analytical services for system incidents and enhancements daily. 5.1.6. As directed by the Department, process defect tickets to correct system errors within two business days of request. 5.1.7. As directed by the Department, process release tickets to manage user requirements within the timeframe directed by the specific ticket request. The response due date of tickets assigned will range from one hour to more than one week, as specified by the Department. 5.1.8. As directed by the Department, process change tickets to implement system changes on a weekly basis. 5.1.9.
