About the role You are going to nurture a global advanced analytics vision that strengthens how UCB creates value for patients. You will enable data‑led decision making, foster the use of advanced analytics and responsible artificial intelligence, and help transform complex questions into meaningful, human‑centred insights. You will shape how UCB balances scientific depth with patient‑focused understanding, ensuring that insights support better choices across the full lifecycle of our assets. Who you will work with You will collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary community across Integrated Insights, Patient Evidence, Patient Solutions, and Patient Impact. You will work closely with insight partners, global and regional stakeholders, and colleagues across scientific, commercial, and technical domains. You will be part of an environment that values curiosity, shared learning, and co‑creation to deliver integrated insights that matter for patients. What you will do You will enable a forward‑looking vision for advanced analytics across UCB You will be responsible for shaping data‑led insight generation enterprise‑wide You will manage a global team fostering technical depth and business fluency You will co‑create priorities with global, regional, and local stakeholder groups You will ensure impactful analytics projects answer the questions that matter most You will nurture collaboration between technical experts and business partners Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills: 13-15+ years of experience enabling advanced analytics, data science, and artificial intelligence Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred Ability to translate complex needs into actionable insight opportunities Experience working in matrix environments with multiple stakeholder groups Strong problem‑solving mindset with curiosity and structured thinking Ability to interpret model outputs and identify potential model limitations Experience fostering talent development and collaborative team cultures The reasonably anticipated salary range for this position is $236,800-310,800 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
