Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Scientist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by establishing foundational data architecture for a quality intelligence network. Responsibilities Design and implement the foundational data model for a quality intelligence network. Build and maintain core tables for requirements, controls, metrics, artifacts, issues, and results. Normalize fragmented inputs into repeatable and reusable structures. Create logic to propagate requirements into reporting, policy, and operational outputs. Deliver outputs such as requirement inventories, quality heatmaps, traceability views, and issue intelligence reporting. Skills Strong proficiency in SQL and Python. Experience in data modeling and table design for complex operational environments. Ability to work with inconsistent or manually maintained data. Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert language-based requirements into structured logic. Capability to work independently in high-ambiguity environments. Preferred Skills Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or relevant certifications. Experience with healthcare, PBM, PA, Appeals, or pharmacy operations. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as CMS, NCQA, URAC, ERISA, and state DOI. Experience in building self-service tools and reusable data assets. Ability to design for governance, traceability, and audit defensibility.
