Charlotte, NC We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with strong expertise in Python, Data Science, and Microsoft Power BI to design and deliver scalable AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, data visualization, and modern GenAI frameworks. Key Responsibilities Analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable business insights Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI-driven solutions into production Build interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions Develop solutions using Python, LangChain, LangGraph, and Google ADK Drive technical solutioning, architecture, and release management activities Required Skills 8+ years of strong Python development experience Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and Google ADK Expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Statistical Modeling Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI Knowledge of SQL and data management concepts Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
