What will you do? Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines that support analytics, reporting, and machine learning initiatives Develop and deploy machine learning models for forecasting, optimization, and business decision making Apply AI techniques, including generative AI and automation tools, to improve workflows and accelerate insights delivery Partner with food and beverage, operations, and finance stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities for data-driven solutions Transform raw operational data into actionable insights through dashboards, reporting, and advanced analytics Ensure data quality, governance, accessibility, and source of truth datasets across systems for enterprise decision making Prepare, cleanse, standardize, enrich, and model large-scale datasets while optimizing SQL views, data models, and query performance for scalable access More about you Background in data science, computer science, statistics, engineering, or a related field Strong experience in data engineering, including ETL processes, data modeling, and pipeline development, with proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL Experience with machine learning frameworks and model development lifecycle Familiarity with AI technologies, including large language models, automation tools, or applied AI systems Familiarity with MLOps, deployment workflows, and production-grade AI systems Knowledge of cloud platforms, data warehouses, and modern analytics tools Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Shift details
