Senior Data Scientist

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to design, build, and deploy predictive models and AI-driven solutions. This role involves working with large datasets, developing scalable data pipelines, and delivering insights through advanced analytics while ensuring robust documentation and stakeholder communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, build, and validate predictive models and machine learning solutions for business problems Process, cleanse, and transform large, complex datasets for high-quality feature engineering Develop and maintain data pipelines and modeling workflows Create comprehensive documentation for models, code, and processes to ensure transparency and handover readiness Analyze and present model performance, insights, and outcomes to stakeholders Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to translate business needs into data solutions

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, and programming Strong proficiency in Python and data science libraries (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) Strong SQL skills for complex data extraction (mandatory) Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) Understanding of MLOps tools and practices (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow) Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in a relevant field Experience with Databricks, Google BigQuery, and cloud-based AI services Experience working with large-scale, production-grade AI systems
