This is a hands-on, mission-focused role embedded with a multidisciplinary team supporting program performance, forecasting, and data-driven reporting in a secure environment. Build and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and visualizations that deliver clear, actionable insight to technical and non-technical decision-makers. Translate program and customer questions into well-scoped analytic problems, and communicate findings, assumptions, and limitations clearly. Partner with data engineers, program analysts, and government stakeholders to ensure analytic products are accurate, repeatable, and aligned to mission requirements. Document methodologies, data sources, and model assumptions to support reproducibility, auditability, and knowledge transfer. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical results to non-technical audiences. U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance. Ability to work on-site in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Preferred Qualifications Master's or higher degree in a quantitative discipline. Active U.S. Government security clearance (Secret or above). Prior experience supporting defense, federal, or aerospace programs, including familiarity with defense acquisition data and terminology. Experience with cloud analytics environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) and modern data platforms. Familiarity with ML Ops practices, version control, and CI/CD for analytics workflows. Experience working within FAR/DFARS, CMMC, or other federal compliance frameworks. Work Environment & Conditions Work is performed on-site in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, in a professional office and/or secure facility environment. The position may require work in controlled or access-restricted spaces consistent with defense program requirements. Standard full-time schedule; occasional extended hours may be required to meet program milestones. Equal Opportunity Employer Ready 3 is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
