Pay Range:
$120.13hr•$124.13hr Responsible for conducting advanced analytics to improve customer experience quality and blueprint initiatives. The role focuses on identifying root causes of customer experience issues, designing and analyzing experiments, applying causal inference methods, and delivering actionable insights to support product, operational, and policy decisions.
Requirement/Must Have:
Eight or more years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, or applied quantitative analysis. Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python or R. Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and experimental frameworks. Strong knowledge of causal inference techniques including diff-in-diff, synthetic controls, and propensity scoring. Experience working with AI-assisted analytics tools and LLM-based workflows. Experience building and validating end-to-end metrics and data definitions. Strong analytical judgment with ability to balance rigor and speed. Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to senior stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities:
Conduct deep analysis of customer experience drivers such as cleanliness, check-in, and communication. Identify symptoms, diagnose root causes, and recommend improvement interventions. Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and quasi-experiments. Apply causal inference methods to measure impact of product, policy, and operational changes. Use AI and LLM tools to extract structured insights from unstructured data and scale root-cause analysis. Develop and maintain metrics to monitor customer experience health and identify emerging issues. Build dashboards, queries, and analytical tools for stakeholder self-service. Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics teams to align methodologies and assumptions. Translate complex analyses into clear insights and recommendations for leadership.
Should Have:
Experience in marketplace, product analytics, customer experience, or trust & safety domains. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to simplify complex analytical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Skills:
SQL. Python or R. A/B testing and experimental design. Causal inference (diff-in-diff, synthetic controls, propensity scoring). Data visualization and dashboarding. LLM-based analytics and prompt engineering. Root-cause analysis. Metric development and validation. Advanced statistical analysis. Communication and storytelling with data.
Qualification And Education:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field preferred.
