Remote Mission of Role/Position Summary:
The AI Solutions Support Specialist supports the Data, Technology & Innovation (DTI) team in the development and application of AI-driven tools and process improvements. This role focuses on assisting with the analysis, prototyping, and support of AI-enabled solutions that enhance internal operations and project-based workflows. The position emphasizes practical application of AI technologies, such as automation, data analysis, and natural language processing, within defined business use cases. The specialist will work under the direction of the DTI team to support ongoing initiatives, contribute to solution development, and help ensure outputs are accurate, usable, and aligned with organizational needs. This role is designed as a junior/entry-level technical support position within AI initiatives and does not involve independent ownership or deployment of production AI systems. Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:

Assist in the design, prototyping, and support of AI tools and applications for internal and client-facing use cases. Analyze existing workflows and operational processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimization. Support data analysis efforts involving structured and unstructured data to generate insights and inform decision-making. Assist in validating AI-generated outputs for accuracy, consistency, and usability. Troubleshoot operational and technical issues related to AI-supported tools and workflows under team guidance. Document processes, methodologies, assumptions, and findings to support transparency, repeatability, and continuous improvement. Participate in cross-functional meetings to support collaboration and understand business needs. Conduct research on emerging AI tools, frameworks, and best practices relevant to organizational objectives. Maintain accurate records of work, documentation, and progress across assigned tasks and projects. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Technical Knowledge:
