Job Description

$130000 - $150000 A fast-growing, product-driven SaaS organization in the food & beverage manufacturing space is hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer to help build the next-generation analytics layer powering operational and executive decision-making. This Dallas-based hybrid role offers a collaborative, high-impact environment where you'll work closely with cross-functional teams while leveraging modern technologies such as Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Power BI, and AI-driven analytics tools. This is a rare opportunity to own and shape an end-to-end analytics ecosystem from the ground up in a hybrid setting that balances in-office collaboration with flexibility. The team is looking for someone who thrives in building scalable data systems, enjoys working cross-functionally, and can turn ambiguous business questions into clear, impactful reporting solutions. You'll gain exposure to cutting-edge AI use cases, high-visibility projects, and a culture that emphasizes growth, and ownership.
  • Required Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or BI
  • Microsoft Fabric and/or Snowflake
  • Advanced SQL skills
  • Experience building production-grade dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Strong data modeling experience (dimensional modeling, semantic layers, KPIs)
  • Building and maintaining data pipelines
  • Desired Skills & Experience
  • Python for data transformation or analysis
  • Experience with dbt or similar transformation frameworks
  • AI/ML concepts within analytics environments
  • Data governance, lineage, and documentation practices
  • Design clean data contracts between systems
