This role will focus on building machine learning solutions, uncovering insights from complex datasets, and supporting data-driven decision making. Key Responsibilities Build and deploy machine learning and predictive models to solve complex business challenges Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable data solutions Work hands-on with tools like Python, SQL, and cloud platforms to develop and optimize models Support model lifecycle management, governance, and ongoing performance optimization Qualifications 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics Strong experience with Python, SQL, or similar programming languages Experience working with cloud platforms and modern data/AI tools Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
