We are looking for candidates who are eligible for Top Secret Clearance Position Overview We are seeking a highly specialized Model-Based Analytics / Simulation Engineer to support advanced modelling, simulation, and predictive analytics initiatives. This role focuses on developing digital models and simulations to analyze system performance, predict outcomes, and optimize lifecycle and operational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain modelling & simulation (M&S) frameworks Build and support digital twin models for complex systems Perform predictive modelling for sustainment and reliability Conduct Monte Carlo simulations and mission reliability analysis Analyze system behaviour under varying conditions and scenarios Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and operations teams Translate simulation results into actionable insights Support lifecycle optimization and performance improvement initiatives Required Skills & Experience Strong experience with: MATLAB Simulink Python Background in Operations Research or applied mathematics Expertise in statistical modelling and simulation techniques Experience with predictive analytics and system modelling Ability to work with complex, multi-variable systems Preferred / Nice-to-Have Experience with digital twin technologies Exposure to mission reliability and lifecycle modelling Knowledge of advanced simulation techniques Background in aerospace, defence, or other highly regulated industries Familiarity with high-performance computing environments Work Environment Highly technical, research-oriented role Collaboration with SMEs and engineering teams Work on complex, mission-critical systems Summary This role is ideal for a subject matter expert in modelling and simulation who enjoys solving complex problems and driving insights through advanced analytical techniques.
