Job Description

Overview The Tyndale Company is looking for an AI Intern to join the IT department. The AI Intern will support the AI team by assisting with research, documentation, testing, data review, and process improvement related to artificial intelligence initiatives. This role is intended for a student or early-career professional interested in learning how AI can be applied in a business environment. The intern will work with team members to help evaluate AI tools, organize information, document findings, and support projects that improve business operations, decision-making, and user experience. Responsibilities Assist with AI-related projects, research, testing, and documentation. Help evaluate AI tools, workflows, and outputs for accuracy, usefulness, and consistency. Support the creation and organization of test cases, prompts, reference materials, and project documentation. Review business processes and identify opportunities where AI or automation may provide value. Collaborate with technical and business team members to gather requirements and feedback. Help maintain project trackers, issue logs, research summaries, and status updates. Participate in meetings, demos, and working sessions with the AI team and business stakeholders. Prepare summaries, presentations, or reports related to assigned work. Learn and apply basic concepts related to AI, data, automation, and business systems. Qualifications Current student pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Interest in artificial intelligence, data, technology, and business process improvement. Basic understanding of data, software, or business systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Ability to organize information clearly and complete assigned tasks independently. Experience with Microsoft Excel, databases, SQL, Python, or AI tools is helpful but not required. Prior internship or work experience is helpful but not required.
