  • + Collaborate with internal partners to identify high-impact opportunities for predictive and prescriptive analytics + Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models to support decision[1]making and optimize business processes + Design and conduct experiments (e.
g. A/B testing) to validate hypotheses and measure outcomes + Present complex findings in a clear, actionable way through visualizations, dashboards, interactive applications, or technical reports + Create and maintain production-ready pipelines for data science models + Partner with the Business Intelligence and Data Engineering teams to improve data quality, define key metrics, and develop reusable data assets + Mentor analysts and other self-service data consumers in advanced statistical and machine learning techniques + Detect anomalies, forecast key business trends, and provide proactive recommendations
  • Other Skills & Abilities
  • + Strong programming skills in Python or R; familiarity with Julia or similar languages is a plus + Prior experience making or publishing analytical web apps (e.
g. Shiny, Streamlit) + Proficiency with machine learning libraries and frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) + Advanced knowledge of statistics, experimental design, and predictive modeling + Skilled in SQL and comfortable working with large datasets + Familiarity with deploying and maintaining models in production + Comfortable with BI tools and integrating data science outputs into business processes
  • Education & Experience
  • + Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, applied math, data science, or a related field + 3-7 years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or a related role + Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end machine learning, optimization, or forecasting solutions

  • + Talking, hearing and using hands to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and other computer components + Sitting for extended periods of time + Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
