Only qualified Data Scientist candidates located near Plano, TX, to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence.
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with strong experience in LLMs, NLP, and classical machine learning algorithms. The role focuses on end-to-end model development, including design, training, validation, and deployment in a cloud-based data ecosystem.

Must-Have Skills:
- LLMs, NLP, and classical Data Science algorithms
- DS model design, development, training, and validation
- LLM fine-tuning experience (preferred)
- Strong Python programming skills
- PySpark / Spark for distributed processing
- SQL (PostgreSQL)
- NoSQL (MongoDB)
- Databricks experience
- Azure Cloud (Data & AI services)
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Strong Data Engineering (ETL/ELT pipelines)
- Model deployment / MLOps understanding
- Experience working in cloud-native environments
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of experience in Data Science / ML Engineering
- Hands-on experience building and deploying ML/LLM solutions
- Strong coding and problem-solving ability
- Experience working with large-scale data pipelines
