Job Description:
Position Summary ECS is seeking a Data Scientist•Senior to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) ENOCS program by developing advanced analytical models and data-driven solutions. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing ARNG's enterprise decision-making capabilities through comprehensive data analysis and strategic insights. This position is crucial for evaluating modernization impacts and identifying trends that inform enterprise architecture assessments and strategic planning.
Please Note:
This position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities Develop and refine analytical models to support enterprise architecture assessments. Create data visualizations that effectively communicate complex data insights. Design and implement reporting solutions to enhance strategic planning efforts. Conduct quantitative analysis to identify trends and inform decision-making. Perform qualitative analysis to evaluate the impacts of modernization initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to align data solutions with ARNG enterprise objectives. Enhance decision-making capabilities through targeted data analysis. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analytical outputs. Support strategic initiatives with data-driven insights and recommendations.
Required Qualifications Clearance:
Secret Eligible required S. Citizenship required DoD 8140.03
Compliance:
DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 411-Technical Support Specialist at the Intermediate proficiency level Certifications (one or more required): CND, GFACT, GSEC, Security+
Education:
Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering Minimum of 17 years of experience in network engineering and IT Expertise in network administration, deployment, and monitoring Proven experience with wireless, WAN, and VPN technologies Demonstrated capability in firewall management and network planning Prior experience in military IT and senior network engineering roles
